Product Description

We have a highly advanced infrastructure that supports us in manufacturing and supplying SX 170 NextGen Cranes. These cranes can go from the paved highway to the rocky landscape of a job site. To manufacture these cranes, we use optimum quality materials and components. The cranes are provided with three part slotted boom with hydraulically operated synchronized extensions. SX 170 NextGen Cranes have variable steering concept and active rear wheel steering. These cranes are available in different specifications for clients.

SX-170 version of pick and move crane can lift 16 tons of weight and can cover up to 29 km distance per hour without load. Its rated power at 2200 rpm is 49.5 BHP and its winch speed is 50 meters per minute. This crane is equipped with enclosed cabin with optimum front visibility level, 125 ltrs hydraulic tank, 120 ltrs fuel tank, LCD screen equipped rear view camera, work lights, work lights, front outriggers and tool kit. Its three point based oscillation joint is meant for its functional stability. Its three part telescopic boom can be extended up to 11.2 meters during high lifting job. The boom luffing range of its three part slotted boom is between -3 degree to +62 degree.

Design Details:

The speed of SX-170 crane can be adjusted via its sliding mesh equipped transmission section with selectable speed parameters. It uses KOEL diesel engine with four cylinder based structure and cerametallic clutch with heavy duty construction. The hydraulic system of this lifting system contains five double acting cylinders for lifting, extending and steering function; strainer equipped flow filter; control valve and central pump. Its steering section has instrument cluster and console. The double acting cylinders and orbitrol of this section promote 45 degree navigation function of its steering. Its hoist section is driven by hydraulic motor. This 14900 kg crane has safety arrangement like winch hook block, wheel guard, hose error and over hoisting prevention facilities.
